Default smoke from turbo

I just installed my dezod turbo kit, and on the first initially start up after cycling oil through the turbo, the turbo is giving off faint white smoke from the hot side.
Is this normal? I search but didn't find anyting specific.

go drive it around for a little while , and see if it still smokes , may just be oil residue in all of the piping ,

It's normal. It's the oil cooking off it. Give it some time and it will definately go away. Congrats on the kit!

Well, it stop smoking. I lover the sound of that turbo just spinning! It sounds awesome and I haven't seen hit boost yet since I don't have a tune!

Pics are coming...It took me longer than expect since I did the install alone and I had to rush been beat the night. I said it was a Dezod kit to get the help fast without questions about my setup, but it's not a dezod kit.. same parts though.

I used they're manifold, downpipe, and chargepipes...

Paul over at Dezod help me pick out a diff turbonetics turbo, it was going to be a turbo for a stage 1.5 kit.

Got a killer deal from a site on the tial wastgate and HKS BOV, and the fuel parts off SL classifieds.

In total I was able to knock it out for $3500 with the shipping and I was quoted $150 for a dyno tune.
