Default so what ever happened to the scion shootout???...

is it still going to happen? if not then here is an idea. i could see how much it would cost to rent moroso motorsports park for a day. depending on how many people would be interested, we could all chip in. also i could talk to some of the local radio stations and see if i could get them involved to cover alot of the cost. i was thinking we could have it in octoberish. the air temps would be about 65-75 degrees at night, and it would give everyone time to get their afairs in order. also the track is well maintained, and at sea level. plus if you have to travel, you might as well come somewhere fun and nice like south fla. mabey even have a carshow the next day or something.

let me know what you guys think.

yea i kinda threw that ideal on ZPI's forums and yea no one really responded.. we should throw the ideal around alittle and see were the best spot would be, to be fair to everyone i mean i would travel but i also recommended Atco Raceway here in NJ they have alot of record breaking times here but that again wouldn't be fair to some people in say the west coast so i think someone should start a poll of the top tracks and affordable tracks. I can get atco without questions $1500-$2000 depends on amount of people but i might be able to pull strings and get it for almost free.

well obviously you are going to vote for atco since you live in jersey. and because i live in fl, my vote is for moroso (where leslie durst set her record). what is the elavation for atco? has it snowed there in october. is it even open then. i say october so that everyone has time to make arangements. but honestly i dont care where we have it. just as long as it happens. there are more and more people taking there tc's to the next level, and we need to set a pecking order. also i can think of some pretty interesting grudge matches that could go down. (travis vs aj)

i don't know know the elavation here but they start polls for meets all the time we should do it for this because everyone wants to see fast scion's and alot of people just want to say there the fastest on street tires and others wanna say HEY i'm just fast LOL we gotta get this going... oh yea track here is open til NOV.27 also i think sept/oct, is awsome out here because weather is like mid 60's maybe low 60's
