Correct me if I am wrong, But I am willing to bet the reason that manifold cracked off like that is because of all the weight that rests on that one flange. If you had a bracket that distributed the weight of your turbo to your block it would most likely solve your problem.
Like others said, a crack in your manifold is not a big deal in the long run. it won't be too hard to fix.

the turbo that comes with them have you ever seen a tt manifold crack talk to todd get the hook up maybe he has just a mani instock

Weld that biotch for the time being so you can get to work and school; call Dezod in the morning tell them this is the 2nd mani that has cracked and it needs to be replaced and you don't see why you should have to foot the bill for it. They say on their website that the mani has been used since 2006 with 0 failures and clearly that is not the case.

yeah but dezod is a tuner company they didnt get where they are now without smooth talking and and screwing over a few people if dezod dosent own up to this they fall down another notch in my book they are great but every company has its flaws hope they do right by you

one thing they might tell you is that you are running too high egts to cause this.. but looking at you situation, you're car has been getting some works done so i dont think you have been driving a lot with your car

high egts? i have had my manifold glowing read hot turbo red hot downpipe red hot never cracked egts are not the reason improper prep on the weld looks to be the cause

the only thing i can tell u is not to give up on the car that u have put so much money in...like other people said just have the mani weld and get a better (tt) manifold!

maybe something to look into on the long run is a flex joint on the dp or spipe... it reduces stress on the manifold as the engine moves when driving hard or with some chassis movements

were they bent or not flat when they were shipped? sometimes it does that especially when they have creases.. like how badly these leaks? or maybe theyre too thin..

there thick gaskets but it came like sorta twisted... they leak bad though... ima go with a stock gasket, they never leaked for me. ya someone told me to use a flex on the DP to reduce the stress, but i got full motor mounts... hmm.. but i also removed my balance shaft so my motor is probably moving alot still.. a new dezod mani + a bracket underneath to hold the turbo up would probably do the trick, wonder if anyone has done this before, also anyone know how i can get my rubber hangers to stop moving around? the back 2 that hold the rear piece of my ptuning exhaust end up moving position and make the exhaust rattle and i have to keep fixing it.

chad stop being a wooose... get the manifold welded up and get back to work... its obvious u need a flex pipe welded into the system. its not bad.. just suck it up, save some money while u can and get it fixed.. dont give up yet. if u need help LMK fool
