Spearco Water Injection System (Universal Kit)
Just thought I would get this up for you guys too. Some info on Spearco (Turbonetics) latest product. For those who aren't familiar with water/injection its a pretty successful method of decreasing potential knock and cooling cylinder temps which allows you to run more timing and pick up a lot more power or can just add another layer of safety to your boosted car. MSRP is below but actual street price is closer to $380

cool...thanks for the info. I have been looking into a few setups. I have the unichip for my supercharger and I am able to control the water spray through that, how well does the standalone box do against the unichip. Is there a way to bypass the standalone box or would the capabilities of it be more extensive than the unichip?

you can use water/alky on any setup...theres a few companies such as snow performance, aquamist, boost cooler etc. Its such a great idea if you have a completely failsafe setup...I like the fact that this isnt a constant driven pump so the pump wont kick out on you keeping you from detonating. I like the fact that with my unichip I can run 2 maps...one with water and one without. I would probly only use the water/alky on the weekends and run on my regular map during the week.

I do not want to say the wrong things ( because im not 110% sure about the answers) so I am going to just sit back and watch the post. I am very interested in this kit and it might be my choice after I speak with Joe next week.
