Default spraying oil from valve cover ?

ok well I took my car to a shop yesterday because I got a good offer and built head for my tc. There is a head from a new Corolla at a local speed shop the guy bought a head from an 07 tc and he had it built with BC cams and is getting a custom turbo kit built for it. Well he bought the cams and all and they were in the process of installing them so they pulled the head off so they can port and polish it. The guy started to miss payments on the car so they put the tc head on it and the car got re possessed. So now they have a new 09 head that has been port and polished with BC cams and I am not sure bout were the valves came from, but they said everything was aftermarket. I took my car in yesterday and they said it would not work cause my car was an 07 and it needed to be an 08 plus. I told them they were wrong and they took my VC off to check to make sure it would bolt in like I told them. Well they ate their words its the exact same head. Well I drove the car home last night and this morning I popped the hood to put a K & N air filter and there was oil on top of my VC and the heat shield. I popped the SP cover off and they did not put the bolts that hold in my coils. Could this be the problem ? I think it is. I called them told them bout the bolts and they tried looking for them but could not find them. so they are going to order me new ones. The deal on the head is 900 bucks. I think it would be a good addition to my turbo set up. What do you guys think ? I am sure that is were my car is leaking from. Its not much but still should not be happening. thanks.

hell no I am not letting them install it. I figured out what it was. it was squiting oil from the lil hole the coil packs bolt down to. I have not seen the cams or any of the valve train, What I saw was just the bear head everything removed and a local shop that buids motors for kasey kahne did the port job and it comes with the results from the flow bench. I think I might just buy the head alone and have something to build up on. They said it was machined for 1mm oversized valves that they have their at the shop. Chris I just saw on kevins thread were u wanted me to call you yesterday, my bad man got the message today. what all did you find ?

nevermind, i actualy read it right lol. it's teh coil packs, if they aren't in then they would create a differential in pressure and possibly suck oil from under the pistons

its from the bolts that are used to hold down the coil packs, no big deal. The shop has ordered them for me.
