Stage 0 Install starting tomorrow
I am going to start installing the Stage 0 kit I purchased here on SL from Eric_TC. That dude has been super helpful in explaining the lil things.
I'm taking the Oilpan off to be tapped at a Muffler shop in LaVerne, thx to Sushi Fish.
Its a lil scary seeing as I'm noob to FI. I'll update as I go along if anyone is interested. I'm in no hurry.

I took everything off, manifold, downpipe, intake (K&N which I'll be selling soon)and oilpan. Oilpan is at the shop will be ready at 9 am. Ive done a total of 2 hours of actual work.
The oilpan was actually the most difficult(Wrong tools). I'm going back out in a bit to thread the Crank case and bend the pipe directly underneath the exhaust manifold.

I used the flat-tip on the lug-wrench for the oil pan removal. It was not a big-deal if you know where to stick it for leverage. Be sure to use grey colored oil gasket maker on the pan. This will make the mods less visible... for the future.

I found the oil adaptor tee to be a little on the tight side for my taste. That's why I chased the oil sender hole on the engine block a bit with a 1/8 NPT tap. Be sure to use plenty of grease on the tap you may even want to plug the end of the hole with a piece of paper towel. Tap real slow, back out and clean the tap after every turn.
Clean the hell out of the engine block with WD40 in-between tap cleanings... you DO NOT WANT aluminum shavings to find their way into the sleeve bearing of the turbo...

are you running an emanage or anything like that? also, what other accssories with the kit did you get, or was it just the stage 0 kit? hope you enjoy, this kit is great for a daily driver

You are from California right?? I believe you do not have to smog your car till about 4 year which would mean even the earliest of 05's still would not need to be smogged for the first time. I got my car in early July 04 and I still do not need to smog yet.

I have the HKS bov, the Dezod Black box, a megan boost gauge, and the aem uego wideband controller I'm waiting for from ZPI. I fixed the idle stall prob, it was the maf which isn't supported I zipped it to the charge pipe and bam no more stalling.
