This thread stinks!

if ur running any amount of decent timing.. this motor will be throwing up soon!

You should probably remove the dezod tag in the tread its just embarising to them..

You cant even compare this to dezod!

i havent seen anything that said he was comparing it to dezod.....anyway....that turbo might last 10k miles. i had the same one and it went out about 7k into it.

Why so much hostility? The title says "NOT DEZOD" Meaning comparing ebay to dezod and other "PRE FABRICATED KITS"...that is the whole point....everyone ALWAYS concurs about eBay kits and how $hitty they are compared to other kits...This thread will help people make that decision...Either way the motor will be blown up for a nice brand new built one at the end of the summer

I'm curious to see how long that VHT holds up on the header and turbo. I would like to clean mine up some, but don't want to spend the money on jethott. HAve you used that before?

^ will definatly crack with time. turbo produces EGT's ALOT higher then a regular header causing the spray paint to chip and crack off

Thanks Paul!!!!! I had not used it until last night. I will try and post the pic tonight when I get out of work. It turned out great but I as well am anxious to see how well it will hold up. I did follow the curing directions and baked all the parts correctly...Max was 600* and it held up...the finish looks great so far I hope it holds up....Manifold,wastegate and full turbo were coated.

Umm....good luck I guess. I can't grasp the concept of wanting to prove "ebay" stuff, but whatever your goals are wish you the best with them.

EBAY FTW!!!! Haha jk, but still i wish you the best of luck However i wouldve gone with a reputable wastegate and turbo - everything else im sure would be fine - piping prolly jsut take a little rigging - i know ebay ic's are decent - and the manifold i know for sure is good - ive been using one myself for over a year and a half now without issue
