Default Stock Head Bolt Removal **ANSWER INSIDE**

So im looking for the tool to remove the stock head bolts - toyota calls it a 10mm bi hex wrench - its avail from OTC (the toyota sst place) but will take 2-3 weeks to get it. I looked at several other places and it seems that maybe a bi hex wrench is the same thing as a triple square bit - both have 12 points - unlike a torx bit which only has 6. heres the 10mm triple square bit on 1/2 drive from sears - http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00992616000P - still would have to order it though unfortunately Anyone know where i could find one of these locally?

SO for anyone who actually cares... So the perfect tool turned out to be whats called a 12 point inner wrench bit - its basically a 12 point with a 1/2" hex on top that can be driven by a half inch socket - i bought them from a brand called "OEM" at autozone and it was $11 for a set that had 6mm,8mm,10mm,and 12mm - funny thing is it turned out to actually be the 12mm- i used a 1/2" impact grade 6 point socket on the piece coupled with a 24" 1/2" drive breaker bar and got them all out - only difficulty was keeping my motor stand from trying to move accross the garage while applying the tremendous amount of force required to remove the bolts - i was even able to tap the it using a mallet into the bolt i had damaged trying a t-55 last night and remove it - unforunately now the bit is stuck in the head bolt - o well dont really care If someone cares about this ill go get the part number

Hey, so my 05 Scion tC manual has been broke down for a month. I was told by my mechanic that it's got to be a problem in the steering column. So I'm going to take out the ignition later today and was wondering if you could send me a picture or post a picture of the tools you used please and thank you? The special tool. I had to replace the ignition in in my neon years ago and I had to go hunt down a star bit was wondering if that is the same type of tool I'm going to need for the Scion?
