well, sigh, i made only 225 whp, and my torque stayed pretty much the same. even with the cat on there, the free flowing exhaust just seems to keep the supercharger from making alot of boost, i only got up to about 7 or 8 psi, not a full 9.5 psi with the nst pulley.
they said that if i had gotten 2.5 inch exhaust, i would have probably seen 240 whp, but if down the road, if i increase the boost, it will be for the better, or if i want to turbo it, the car is ready to go.
so now i'm kinda at a cross roads, i can continue to upgrade the supercharger, and make more boost with a 12 or 14 psi pulley, intercooler, custom intake, tuning etc...or i can turbo the car, since everything is laid out now. for it with the injectors, i have an aem f/ic, pnp harness, gauges, clutch, flywheel, lsd and 3 inch exhaust.
i'll post my dyno sheet later, (i accidently left it at the shop, their going to email it to me later.) for now i feel like the stench of my uncatted exhaust has been replaced by the stench of failure for choosing 2.5 inch exhaust with a header. it just seems that at these boost levels, 3 inch exhaust is too big, and 2.5 would have been a better choice.
we shall have to see, i might do more upgrades to the supercharger, i might just buy a turbo kit with no fuel management since i already have those on hand right now...

yeah, so thus thusly, i am at the cross roads, i either have to get more boost out of the supercharger to make more power, and make corresponding upgrades to the intake, intercooling or water/meth and tuning, or i can buy a turbokit without fuel management...decisions decisions...

i don't know, i'll do some thinking about it. as for right now, my credit card that i reserve only for car related parts and labor is maxed out, so right now i'm not looking to spend any more $$$ until that goes down...

swapping the exhaust won't cost you anything...
just takes a couple of jack stands and a couple of hours to do yourself.
you don't need a dyno to tell you if you are hitting the boost you need to be hitting. That;s where your bottleneck is.
i would also check vac lines, bpv and belt for slippage. I have a smaller belt and i get the full 9.5 lb.
dyno not so bad...you added close to 100hp over stock at the wheels that's something for an econobox dressed up like a coupe.

so how much whp would i expect with my set-up, which is almost like urs, i got the 9.5, 421 header and s-pipe 2.5 exhaust, and intake. BUT i know i hit my 9.5 psi all the time so with that little extra psi i would see higher hp right? and yes im bring this thread back from the dead.

3" exhausts are only good if you are pushing large amounts of boost...I think ive told you this before on another thread..(if that wasnt u then im sorry haha)
but yeah if your looking to make alot more power, id say sell your S/C and go with a Turbo Kit...
and if u dont have any type of Engine management GET one... especially if you go turbo...
If you are going to buy it brand new then id say go with Dezod S1 because it comes with everything (including the Engine management) and its still the same price AND also cheaper then most Turbo kits that dont come with management...and its an awesome kit
this is just all my opinion tho.
