Default Supercharger bearing question

Starting to get some excessive whining noise from the old TRD S/C. Done extensive research on the forums about all the issues and the available solutions. Wanted to know however, is there an easy way to isolate my bearing problem and find out if its pulley side, impeller shaft, input shaft, or all of them without breaking the whole unit down?

I've tried to search as much as possible and i've read a thousand threads, but this is one of those questions that's kind of hard to search for.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks S/C community!

So nevermind that last question. Got the S/C out and broken down. One of the pulley side bearings just slides right off the shaft. As for the snail, well one of the input shaft bearings came apart as we were taking the blower apart. Seals were definitely bad as there was blow-by all over the place. Pictures to come. I've looked all over and I've found where i can get my shaft seals, but a few questions remain.

In you guys' experienced opinions:

1. Who has the best replacement shaft seals
2. Where can i get the 3 o-rings (intake cover, gear housing, blower housing)?
3. Are there any other small points that people commonly overlook when rebuilding these things? (Do i need to replace my crush washers, etc)

Got this thing broken down and plan on getting gompka's shaft and kikcaffeine's bearings but i want to make sure i do it all right the first time.

Thanks guys.

OK so here are some pictures of my S/C:

I think they'll speak for themselves:

Check the impeller rubbing that was going on.

Notice the pitting on the inside of the bearing:

Wow, looks like you have a fair amount of damage here. Looks like the shaft is pretty much shot, when the bearings slide off that easily i don't recommend trying to reuse the shaft. How does your housing look? If you run your finger across it, is it noticeably grooved on the spots the bearings sit? Luckily, there are now ways to fix the s/c, a couple of years ago you would have been pretty much sol. I am not sure of the seals, try looking in the s/c information thread that is a sticky on this forum.

The housing looks OK. No real visible evidence of the bearings spinning inside the housing. Read that thread from start to finish and found a good bit of info, couldnt really find much about replacing all the O-rings though. Shaft seal info is all over the place. Anyone have any experience with the rebuild services that 928 motorsports offers?

Try to see if vortech can help you out with these seals.

Saw this thread so I thought I'd try to help. One of the seals listed here:https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...harger+rebuild
If you can get exact dim's on the others you can probably find replacements on mcmaster-carr.
