YES! this is all over this forum i KNOW! I have spent a lot time searching and looking at my options. but i just want a few NEW comments and ideas and how other People are doing with theres.

I have had my S/C installed for 8k miles now and not a problem at all!! SO now im feeling the need to add little more power and wanted to see what BVP you guys recommended and what pulley! with the best results. i hear a lot about the froge 007 is it worth it or is the turbox one from zpi? just give me some imput thanks guys

haha yah i seen that post! i think I am going to keep mine just around 250 daily driver maybe in time little more!!! I think I am going to go with the 9.5 psi pulley from NST, thanks for the input because that did bring up something i was wondering about! how does the METHANOL injection work! oh and i forgot to say i already have added the cold air from injen on and i do see little more top end not much but i see my full 7 psi now rather then 6 before!

water/meth injection is a chemical intercooler. The water supresses detonation and cools the combustion chamber and the methanol burns like extra high octane fuel. www.summitracing.com sells a kit as well do alot of online places.

this is what i would do if i were to get a supercharger.

1) forget about the warranty
2) monster motor works gen 2 header, jet hot coat it
3) jet hot coat heatshield, and put it on header
4) 2.5 inch mandrel bent midpipe & axleback with whatever muffler you want
5) either a cold air intake, or something to allow the intake to get air from outside(GFI
6) NST 9.5 or 12 psi pulley
7) Ripp Modds meth injection
port and polish head, its not expensive nor hard to do, and a hell of alot cheaper than a full engine build
9) TRD Limited Slip
10) stick tires, whatever you please
11) lighter fly wheel
12) forge BPV, either 007, or 010
13) some sort of engine management for a tune, either unichip or emanage ulti is what i would choose

ya, i compiled it a while ago looking at what the HIGH hp supercharged people are making, that is what most of them have, those parts on or the other.

good luck with your build.

the only, and i mean ONLY reason i would get the supercharger is because it is CARB legal.

if your state doesnt crack down on emissions, then i would think twice

Well were I am at it real layed back they don't check! but i have already owned the SC for 8000 miles now with out a problem no going back now so now just wanted to get some more power! i think right now imma just get a new BPV and the 9.5 pulley, i already got the cold air. I really like the meth/water idea i just looked into it from Ripp Mods and watched there little video looks nice but little costly right now.

DUMB question were would i refile the meth/water my self mixing it and were would i get the meth.

o my bad, i just now read your first post.

im glad you arent having any problems, but you should have upgraded alont time ago

and by upgrade, i mean add on, like at least a BPV.

also, how does it run with the CAI? any problems? or any difference in performance?

Snow Performance also has a Water/Meth Injection that you might want to check out.

so you cut up your old CAI and made it fit with the s/c? that's what i'm planning on doing. however,, do u know what your afr is with the CAI? if not, you might wanna check and find out to make sure your car isnt running lean.

and NST pulley FTW! you might wanna look into their lightweight crank too!

1) NST 9.5psi Pulley
2) MMW Header/S-Pipe
3) Greddy BPV, or Forge
4) ZPI mid pipe
5) HKS axle back

yea i just bought a used injen from a member since i was going to cut it! and it works great! i have not checked my AFR yet but i would have to assume that it fine Toyota re flash runs it a little rich so should be a good balance. and i do feel it in the higher RPMs. but i might just need to worry about it after pulley and water/meth that will cause more air and more lean conditions! thanks for the heads up and tip! as for you doing it, i say go for it if you got a CAI laying around you will see a small difference and a better sound!

here is a picture of my set up the night i put it in so it not the best picture i could of taking at 3 am in the morning. haha enjoy

nice! how hard was it to fit the intake pipe onto the s/c intake hose? i tried real quick after i cut it but the intake seemed slightly too big for the hose. did u have to jam it in there?

MMW has a S/C Intake that does not need any tuning... go check it out...

^^i already know about it, and i'm not interested. i think its kinda overpriced. i was gonna tune anyways, not just for the CAI.

What's your target HP to hit? There's different ways to go about it.

First thing I say to do is get fuel management. GReddy Emanage works fine for the S/C. Drop in the pnp harness from Dezod and you're set on that.

Next, hit up the NST 9.5lb pulley. I wouldn't go up to 12lbs without water/meth injection.

Put in the Forge007 BPV next, cuz the stock BPV can't hold past 7 pounds.

Headers & Full exhaust after that. Help your engine breathe.

Clutch & Flywheel upgrade would be your best bet after that.

If you really want to get serious, get the RIPP MODS S/C Cams like Karl (IceNine).
