you can't get a extended warranty with the supercharger on your car. If the supercharger is stock/ unmodified and it fail some how and if the Dealership Techs think you abused/misuse the supercharger some how they have the right to void the warranty.

not true, the dealship has the burden to PROVE not think it was your fault for the problem. It they cant prove it they have to fix the problem through the guidlines on the warranty.

If the written warranty explicitly states that performing certain modifications will void the warranty, then there is nothing that can be done since it follows the guidelines of the Mangusson-Moss Warranty Act. TRD includes a statement with every supercharger that states what some of those modifications are, such as modifying the intake system or changing the bypass valve.
