I'm having the same problem it stays at 5 psi.. I thought it was a boost leak I'm checking that tomorrow. Do u have a bov? Or cold intake. And what do you mean it don't move? You mean Past 5psi or the hole car don't want to move once you hit 5psi.

I have the forge 50/50 BPV and I CAI too. Ya once it hits 5psi the car won't go and it won't let me pass 4500 rpm either. I'm trying the Bosch 110 BPV tmrw to see it it changes anything.

Hmm that's weird. Mine just shows 5psi but still goes past 4500rpm Have you ever replaced the bearings in the blower side. The reason I ask is cause I never did on mine and I need to I also thought it could be that. Or a leak somewhere . I don't see how the bpv would cause that but don't hurt to check. Let me know what happens.

I push the tube has far in as I could on the s/c then on the BPV I zip tied it on there so it couldn't wiggle off both ends

So the car drives fine and pulls hard until you hit the 4500 rpm? i would double check all the piping and vac lines to make sure everything is on there tight.

That would be my next guess, happens a lot on supercharged scions. If you don't want to pay for a new cat, just gut out your stock cat and run the anti-fouler mod, i did this when my cat went bad and passed emmisions like this.

Your car must be blowing smoke/blow-by. You may want to also add a catch can setup to your supercharger setup. If your cat is clogged, I can almost guarantee smoke is coming out of the exhaust once it hits 80%+ boost levels and your car is most likely surging power.

Superchargers (atleast with the tC) are notorious for scavenging oil and the catch can would stop it from shoving it through the motor, burning it and killing your cat converter.

Also, check your airbox - at one point, mine became disconnected under max boost pressure, and I know it was losing power there too. The SC system (like turbo) adds so much more pressure, there is always bound to be a weak link - so you just need to keep an eye on your hoses, and box. You also may want to add a boost gauge and AFR.

I did get a catch can. I would need a AFR Gauge next with custom exhaust.

Same ____ happened to mine. Primary cat died then clogged the secondary. 20 minutes with a pry bar and it was nice and hollow. Did the anti fouler and it was good to go.
