I'm sure there is a thread of his build, but a quick search has a link to his myspace from his sig.

It would be alot easier with a turbo though.

^it depends how you drive the car but turbo would be more reliable because you'd be pushing the s/c hard because it's not really made/designed to be at 300whp and yes you'd be spending alot on the s/c because you will need to buy a used s/c for whatever price you get it at. upgrade bearings, shaft, i know there's a 12 psi pulley but i think there's like a 14 psi pulley? water-meth injection, headers-full exhaust, crank/water-pump/alternator pulleys, probably 700cc fuel injectors, upgraded fuel pump, oil cooler, upgraded bpv, and 1 heck of a tune with a stand alone to get the most out of the car...i'm sure i'm missing more stuff but yeah start shopping around pricing everything and the price will be ridiculous and maybe you'll get past 260/270 and end up spending alot more than just buying a turbokit with a fuel system and some other stuff to get to 300whp easily

I dnt kno how much a supercharger is but if u buy a turbo kit ur gona have to but a diff turbo on top of the 3k for the kit cuz ur only gona get 250ish HP from the kit, I've got a sc on my tc n kill turbo from rolls or launch but I might jus be a better driver, I'm only running the 9.5 pulley with like 220 225 HP n I put like 4 cars on a turbo tc that dyno'd at 292, Im still waiting to put my 12psi pulley n other goodies on, but with the turbo u got potential for more HP

a proper turbo kit with good parts and installation will make 300 whp really easily. the supercharger really isn't going to get there in an economical way.

What he said, plus the SC has enough problems as is with the 7psi it comes with, if you add the 12psi pulley on a daily driver and that thing will be done in a week, if you're lucky lol.......

It's gona be way harder way to hit 300 with a supercharger, but what he said I wouldn't use it for a daily driver tho lol especially if u live in a warmer state cuz the heat seems to be the problem in failure, I live in MI n it dnt get too hot here

If you just want to slap on some extra power and don't really want to go any further with with then I would say get SC.

Both have their cons and pros

lol. i hit over 300whp but man did it cost me and i mean cost me. i love the way it drives.. i mean drove.. its down at the moment s/c shaft failed early this year. but its doable if you have the cash. for parts / labor and tuning.. as for my self i did all the work. but not always about the hp its easy to hit 500hp on a turbo buts its no fun to easy. but try hitting it with a s/c now thats fun and exciting when you get there.. because once your there its over it gets old..its just like when your tring two hook up with a chick its fun and exciting at the moment but once you hit it. its no longer, you know the same.. but. next time im going turbo...
