Iridiums are good boost plugs. But you have to remember just dropping it in isnt gonna work.THey have to be regapped (smaller for boosted apps).

As far as a/f boosted cars should be between 11.0 to 12.0:1 air fuel ratio

stock denso iridiums are pre gapped to factory specs. gapping is a lil hard for iridiums since the tip is just too small, but i havnt had the time to call denso for pre gapped ik22's

I know they are pre gapped.Gapping them isnt hard. You just need a wire gapper not a cheapo one for the nearest part store.

My iridiums are pre gapped at .054 but i have to move them down to .035 or i get major spark blow out.I know its a different car and boost but the same theory applies.

I stick between 3k and 4k. I even throw in a little Lucas synthetic.

With fully synthetic, 3k to 4k would be fine. This stuff is wicked nice and will not coke up like Dino oil. The Lucas synthetic additive IMO is also worth the time to add. You could probably even go longer, but I just keep it in that range to make it easy.

The synthetic oil also lowers the oil temp by 20 to 30 degrees which is really helpful from the turbo heat. Turbo's just make a mess of the oil.
