^^^ correct... the old style synapse had a port (port c) on the side of housing which went to the compressor housing on the turbo, the newer ones (the one that i have) no longer have port c on the housing.

Ok so i ran one vaccum line to the bov as paul suggested. Still no change as far as the afr's go but i did notice that there was a slight flutter between shifts. So i think im gonna reconnect both ports and hopefully it will correct itself.

Try letting the nut on the back all the way out if it's fluttering (then adjust accordingly). The side port Paul specified I believe is suppose to do a full quick dump and the other a slower dump. I noticed some lag between shifts using the full quick dump but fixed it foolin around with the nut in the back.
You may also want to get a filter for that synapse just in case bees decide the bov is an entry to home!

im still havin an issue as far as a surging idle. i tried tinkering with the maf voltage thru the fic and it didnt really help that much. idk, last resort is gonna be tryin the anti stall kit and see if that helps. i know it really doesnt make alotta sense to do that since im blow thru not pull thru, but its worth a shot.
