Default synapse wastegate question

i have the dezod s1 turbo kit with the synapse wastegate. i bought the kit used off of someone here on SL but he did not include the instructions for the wastegate. i was wondering if anyone on the forum has used this wastegate and would be able too provide me the install manual or guide me through the install. thanks

nate

depending on the high pressure side depends on where you need to plug in the vacuum line. if the bottom of the wastegate ( the one with the valve visible) is the high pressure side, then the vacuum line goes to the port cloest to the valve ( on the base of the shiny part close to the valve part). otherwise, you use the top port.

Well the WG has 4 ports and you can use 1 for 5PSI, one for 7 PSI, one for 10 or something like that.

Go to here:
http://www.synapseengineering.com/

Hit archives and then DL the manual for the WG

Maybe just install it without the boost controller....if you didn't mind that is.

For now, just use the WG, as you can regulate the boost with just the 4 vac ports from: 5.2, 5.6, 7.7, 9.2, 10.5 and 13 .8 PSI!

The kit came with a traditional HKS SSQV, and a Synapse gate, per the original owner's request.

Yes, all from virtually the same pressure source on the IM
