Is SOOOO SLOW! Not even kidding. I took my Dezod kit off and it's just freaking slow. Sometimes I think I still have it and have the urge to boost and I try to boost and nothing happens.

It really sucks, but the reason I took it off is because I am selling it to buy an Evo IX.

But, I'll still be around.

I went through the same thing, i would take off and wait for the boost, but it never pulled

 

why would you post this here? and not in the tc lounge or something? this is a useless thread. the tc is slow compared to boost. but its not slow as compared to there comptitors in my opinion not the best nor the worse.

ah hell dude... I can only imagine the disappointment of going from boosted to N/A .... I remember on my other tC when I went from full header back race exhaust to stock.... I wanted to cry lmao.... and that was only maybe a 15whp difference.

but on my new 08... no limits ... I've never driven it stock. had all my racing mods put on my 08 tC before I even took delivery of her :D

 

dont be too sad on that one my fellow tC brother.... relish in this thought... the only way you can get a civic to run worth a sh*t is to boost it.....

You should try driving an automatic tC. I drove my sisters right after I put my turbo on and I felt sorry for everyone who had an auto tC, especially the ones who actually did stuff to it.

And don't get an MR. The 6-speed transmission is as ____ty as the GTR transmission. Get the 5-speed.

lol i drove my friends stock tC and i was like.. wow this is SLOW! makes me think my car is fast again!

 

My wife's '07 tC is an automatic... There is a hell of a difference, but it was faster than my '06 stock. Just can't shift faster than an auto. After boosting my tC, she doesn't say anything about her tC being faster... lol

 

i hope u can find a decent IX that wasnt beat the hell up. thats the hard part about finding an older evo making sure they werent abused

 

Yea, there's one that is physically mint. I hope its internally in good shape too.
