Built in Traction Control is not for launching at the drag strip. It's for when it's raining outside, and you loose grip. Traction Control for the most part kills power to the motor so that you can regain traction. This is the way it works on my 350z and for the most part works the same way on other cars.

but yea ive driven a g35 with traction control on and off....
when its on everytime u bang gears the motor bogs for safety....failll!

then all hell breaks loose when traction is off i love the whole going sideways after banging second idea and some of third

Is it the base model? I believe the base model does not have Traction control. Mine ia a Touring Edition.

yea i guess he has the base cuz he has a regular radio and other base type stuff...not roll down windows tho hahaha

^^yeah, he is missing an LSD, too. I have to admit though, my next Z will be a base. Cause I would have upgraded the LSD anyway, I hate my heated Leather seats even though they hold you tight (can't stand that they hold temp with whatever the weather is....cold out = cold **** seats, Hot out = Hot **** seats). I would love to have the 2009 Z.....drool...I would take it over the new GTR (don't shoot).

im waiting for the toyota/subbie RWD turbo car to come out.. drool..

but ya the new 08 Z's are quick.. guy here has simple bolt ons and a tune and beats stage 2 srt's... the 370z is gonna be a monster.. esp on boost.

no idea.. but my friends stage 2 is on 22 lbs i think? with full exhaust, intake, tune, throttle body, some other wierd ____ i dont even no and the z was neck and neck with it on the highway..

also depends the year srt cuz the hp range is different on the 03's to the 06's i believe

Blah....it's ugly. Nice rendition, but still ugly. 2009 Z > Genesis coupe. And last I checked, they stop GTR production and are re-evaluating the tranny issues.
