Dude your going at this the wrong way already....the zpi and Vulcan mani is mitsu flange only....first determine your power goals then pick a turbo and start from there u can't buy a mani without knowing what turbo your running.
I suggest u slow your roll and quit firing off pointless questions and read up there is sooooooooo much Info on this forum alllll of this has been covered before.
We understand your new to this so questions r to be expected we just hope theyr good ones next time. If not other members will loose their patience and the flaming will comence.

Well I would have to agree and say you should figure out your power goals first. If I were to turbo again I would go with a t3/t4 turbo. You can get a decent manifold off of eBay for cheap and there are so many options that you could find a turbo you want now and change fairly easily to something else you may want later. I had to hunt down for a nice td06 turbo for my setup that would bolt up.
I would suggest to you, if you want to stay on a cheap budget, is to get a cast manifold off of eBay and either get a downpipe from eBay or have one custom made and then either buy a good used turbo that fits your goals (a t3/t4 that is) or buy a new turbo. Then after that I would just piece everything together like a waste gate, blow off valve, oil/water lines, intercooler, intercooler piping, injectors, and some form of management. If you are patient then you can find some good deals.
