props to ptuning for getting things done asap and taking care of their customer. Thats what i like to see from a company. Now only if they were closer to Texas... T_T

Whoa. This thread got hairy for a second.

People, they did not at least disappear like a few other companies when the poop hit the fan. Kudos to them for stepping up and fixing the problem at hand.
