ya i guess thats what im getting at. I think if I ever make a stop for noise, it will have to sound like a jet on the road, either that or an open header sticking out of the hood. My ears cant accurately measure decibles, but my eyes can measure tint......lol

if he gives you a ticket; fight it saying that evo's and suby's all are turbo'd and do the same
friend of mine got ticket for his bov went to court to fight it and lossed here in maryland we have a noise pollution law its set at 93db its only a fine not a fix it ticket most stock car stereos can be that loud and can be pulled over and fined
my friends bov did 98db and was fined $60 and becouse he went to court he got stuck with court cost was like $25-$30 over the fine

im not worried about it being loud, i love it it just i dont think its loud enough to be pulled over for it. i can see getting pulled over for stereo or bass but not a bov, not something that last for a second or two. i mean i think i could of lyed and said that i had a air horn and i think he would of believe me cuz that was his expression on his face when he was looking at me.

not yet u can barely see it due to the huge intake box and the hose. u can see it better if u had a aftermarket intake whice im looking for but dont want to pay a lot to chop it up anyway

a buddy of mine got stopped before in his SRT-4 with the Mopar BOV (the one that sounds like a sneeze, lol) and the cop gave him the same reaction. he didnt get any warning or anything though, the cop just thought that somthing was wrong with the car he said.
i only have the Forge 007 BPV, and its not that loud, so i cant say that i personally have this problem, lol.

in CA its a STATE REF ticket. (You can only drive your car to a mechanic or the state ref and no cop can sign off on it. If your caught driving they will impound your car). Once you get to the state ref (if you dont go its a 4k fine) they test your emissions and give you a visual test as well (also how loud your exhaust is). Lets say you have a high flow cat and you pass...you still wont pass visual if your car (the tc) has a pre cat and then main cat. Yeah.....
