Don't know if this is a simple or stupid question but how do you go from the 8.4psi to the 13psi now? Is it just parts being swapped out, different tuning, or what?

He said he went to the 9.5 pulley. Where does it say he went to 13 psi?

yes, swapped the s/c pulley out.

lol i thought i updated already but guess not..now it is though! the only other mods i did since my previous setup was NST 12psi pulley and 700cc injectors. i've always been using emanage ultimate and actually ran into so tuning wall that prevented me from running nitrous the way i want to. currently trying to figure it out.. on the one dyno pull i did do with a dry 35shot (untuned), made 270whp but then ran into the tuning issues. so for safety, the nitrous is back in the closet until it gets worked out

how reliable is the car with the 12psi pulley? Did you have to upgrade any other part of the fuel delivery system when switching to the 700cc injectors? If you weren't trying to add nitrous would you still have needed the 700cc injectors? Sorry for all the questions

Blacklist, you don't need a new clutch/flywheel with the s/c although I highly rec. it. Especially if you drive your car hard. After a trip to the track my stock cluth starting to show signs of slipping under full throttle. Im running the ACT Street Clutch and Fidanza Flywheel and love it.

The BOV on the s/c is most likely the Forge Splitter (90% recirc/ 10% atm.)

And yes, when you get the money you can always swap to the nst 9.5 pulley on the trd relash. If you want to boost anymore than that or want more out of it your going to need to tune it with a piggyback.

well since you dont see max boost until redline and it only holds for 1 second at most, i feel its pretty reliable. my tune is well balanced too, not too aggressive. i have the walbro fuel pump but not installed yet. everything still runs fine, but i dont drive my car hard at all. if i wasnt going to run nitrous, i would've just upgraded to 550cc injectors instead of 700cc.

So did you have to get another reflash of the ECU when you switched to the newer 13 psi pulley? Or is it just the emanage that needs to be retuned?

since the piggy back takes over the ECU, all he needed to do was get the emanage retuned for the 13psi he is pushing...

so if you installed the charger yourself you wouldn't need to get the ECU reflashed if you had an emanage, yes? no?

the reflash is a good starting point for tuning... but I think if you had the E-Manage Ultimate, it wouldn't matter if you had the reflash or not...

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong...

^^you're right. reflash is a very good starting point since it takes care of the adjustments to the bigger injectors, idle, everything. it'll save you a lot of tuning time (and money) if you have it. you can use EMU without the reflash but thats a lot more tuning you'll have to do. someone else is in the process of looking for a reflashed ecu because he's trying to avoid the hassles of tuning without a starting point.
