I'll email you the pinout guide for the 07+ tC's. It should be the same for 09. Email me at joe@dezodwest.com and I will reply with the attachment.

does it show u on the unit itself the pin numbers? ... also, i want to tap into the wire that is above the accelerator pedal, not the one in the engine bay by the throttle body... does this make a difference cuz i think the one u suggested is by the throttle body

yea, i would use the one from the ECU too.

and the pins are not numbered, you just count them yourself.

what do u mean use the one from the ecu? that doesnt make sense... there are the throttle position sensor wires by the throttle body, then the pedal position sensor wires above the pedal... the wires are the same colors for both, and i just want to tap into the pedal ones... im asking if anyone knows for sure if it is the brown wire that controls the voltage of the throttle and pedal sensors..

woops.
my bad, i used my VSS not TPS.

but think about it...
it HAS to go to the ECU.

Joe was nice enough to send you the diagrams so take a look at em and find it.
