TRD SC owners check in here
Since we don't have an FI forum for the tC, thought it would be helpful to know who's got the blower, so that we can PM each other if we have questions or ideas.
Just check in, maybe post couple of things that you plan to do with SC, links to your vids/dynos/pics, anything else that you think will be relevant. Also location will be helpful.
I'm in Atlanta. So far just did the HC filter delete and swapped in a K&N panel filter instead of the paper one. Doing some research on the BPV replacement, hooked up a boost gauge, will try a short ram cone filter in a couple of weeks. Also thinking about getting a second "after" dyno, since the first one was done too soon after the install.

Here I am chiming in. I got the blower too and lemme tell ya... she is good.
I plan on getting the Umnitza carbon fiber intake and DraXas complete exhaust system with s-pipe within the next 2 weeks (I am waiting for DraXas to return from SEMA)
I will post results soon after

chimming in. I like the slightly more power after 4000rpm but I seem to be always reving to keep it over 3500rpm to sustain the boost.
Could you enlighten me about this HF delete? I have been gone for awhile, and have not been keeping up with the gossip. Thanks zoltiz, your a great help!

S/C Owner
06 S/C owner in Dallas, Texas . I modified my K&N CAI and hooked it up to the s/c and you can definitely tell the difference. I thought the s/c would be as loud as the greddy kit on my prelude but to my suprise its not. It does however sound a lot better than it did with the trd box. I will have dyno results next week and compare them to the n/a dyno results. I made 149.9 hp and 159.8 tq before the s/c install!

Nice. Thanks for posting it here. That's exactly what I am planning to do as soon as I get my little DIY short ram back from a buddy of mine.
I see you kept the bottom of the aibox - is that temporary?

I'll probably keep it in there because it keeps the filter from moving around, and if i need to take my car back to the dealer it only takes five minutes to change back.

Yeah, I would say so. ZPI removed the bottom half of the airbox and gained 20whp on the dyno. INSANE, I know
Taking off the bottom half of the air box should make no difference if you have a short ram on your s/c like i have on mine. They gained horsepower because the stock top piece was inhaling air like a short ram would.
