Even on Slicks his car is not powerful enough to run a low - mid 13sec 1/4 mile. There has yet to be a S/C tC to even break a high 13sec 1/4 mile.
You guys were definitely sleeping on the line though....hehee. Race was won purely based on Reaction time even though Mo was faster.

damn I wish I had a video of me running. When I had my S/C last year i ran a 15.1 on that track. and I agree the prep on that track sucks, along with them making you go through the water box.

mo, your reaction time doesn't count towards your e/t, so even though your times were lower than mine, i still got to the finish line before you did both times.
first run, my r/t was .631 and yours was .922, and i won by .2718 of a second, second, my r/t was .735 and yours was 1.623, and i wont by .1090 of a second. so you were reeling me in, but i simply beat you off the line and had the better launch with my tires.
I want a rematch LOL you had every adavantage before. Better tiresand launch, more experienced driver ( still a 5speed noob). I still got bad tires but I think Im getting better at throttle control in 1st and 2nd so I dont spin so much.

yeah mo, you and me only lined up twice, i saved all my time slips, and both of the ones between you and me (you were the only car i raced against twice, so it was easy to figure out which ones were you and me) and both of them say left lane won.

oh, and we can have a rematch when i get my turbo installed and broken in! btw, why haven't you come to any autocross's? there is one this weekend at harry groove stadium. small course, but hey, you gotta start somewhere, and autocross would be a good place for you to start learning how that time attack set-up handles for you!

that track sucks. it 50ft longer than a real 1/4 mile track and they dont like to spend the money on the up keep of the track and the coumputer software that they use is way outdated. the reasons why no big events are held there like NHRA. go to MIR you'll run .500 quicker and wont spin off the line as much. do to better track prep. at MIR with my s/c set up i run 14.2-14.5 at 99-96mph at (crapital) i cant do better then 14.7-15.0
I agree 100%. I was at the 'show of champions' with a few friends....I can attest to the track bein beyond crappy
all i could manage was a 14.5@100, and the same goes for Rob(skeeet)
it was a fun day tho cause it was 5 bucks for basically unlimited runs
