wow.
i never thought of routing it that way. underneath the sc then to the bumper to the other side. rather have all piping on the driver side.
great job
now pm me how much it is

did you clock the supercharger around at all? hard to tell how you got it all setup with those pics. excited to see the results you get.

wow looks awesome. I cant believe you got the piping to fit back there. Did you have to move anything? Looks like the area around where the BPV would have to be completely reworked.
Oh yeah I would love to know what you payed for it.

the supercharger is clocked straight down which required some modifications to the starter, but wasnt too bad. the piping u shapes into the intercooler then runs up the passenger side back to the throttle body, pretty simple, a little long in the piping but unfortunalty there was no other way to go with room and what not.
As for price including the intercooler, materials and installation it was $1300. some might say it is a bit much but let me tell you it was well worth. remember its a one off custom kit so take it as you will, i will update you all tomorrow on the 24 hour test and let you know how it goes

Not a bad price at all. ZPI is thinking theres will be over a grand for the kit alone not including install.
Nice setup...and will always be different...and the first one to do it.

thanks for all the compliments, and yes it is M/T

It's a nice set up but with piping like that, would you want to run a bit higher PSI to ensure there is no great pressure loss? I would probably just cap off the bypass valve.
Honestly though, I think that's pretty much the best setup without having to relocate the battery unless you have the compressor connected to the passenger side FMIC end-tank leading through to the passenger side end tank and up to the throttle body.

i forgot to ask what diameter of ic piping did you use ?
did you cut the bumper brace ?
lenght of pipe from sc to inlet of ic?
leght of pipe from ic to tb ?
got boost gauge? if so whats your reading across the rpm band?

I know I need more pics of this! Very nice to see the FMIC with the TRD S/C .
My only question is the way the piping is ran around the motor and into the throttle, won't the engine heat warm up the piping and heat up the recently cooled air from the FMIC?
