All I honestly want is something running about 5psi for a daily driver. I just want a little more "umph" ... around 200-220HP. I obviously want to pay as little as possible but affordable would be $2000. A simple kit for that would sell like CRAZY!!!

So what are the numbers this simple kit should be putting out?

it should be putting out numbers in between the ZPI stage 0 and ZPI stage 1 kits. i don't know for sure because i haven't seen any dyno graphs, but in terms of components, you can sort of think of it as an intercooled zpi stage 0.

something like that. i'm sure you could find out if you searched it on here. the zpi stage 0 was around $2100-2300 depending on the year of your tC. Todd's kit is slightly more but includes a blow-off valve and an intercooler.

now this kit say at 8psi, what would it be running

and why would it be less on this simple kit compared to other kits....the size of the turbo?

That, and the log manifold...

@8psi, it would probably run similar to the ZPI stage 1 and dezod S1 kits at that pressure.

pinoyFMtC is correct. the turbo size and log manifold play a roll in power difference.

yes, but this one will have a larger turbo (of your choice) then the zpi kit.

Not to mention that it is backed by TT. This makes my quest for boost weighing heavily towards turbo, rather than the S/C now.

Considering the supercharger is also more expensive than this kit complete, AND you get a larger power increase than the SC.

exactly... not to mention that this kit is, arguably, at least as reliable if not more than reliable than the TRD supercharger route (based off of other SLer's histories).
