Todd how much would it cost to change a simple kit into a basik kit. I want to start out with something small and work my way up .
For those wanting to upgrade later on to the BASIK or even any of the other manifolds, there will be an upgrade program.

You WILL NOT have to pay full retial on the new mani, dp and if need be any of the chargepipes.

There are "purks" to being part of the TT family. I will always take good care of you

Regards=

Todd

I will be around all day Satuday, so I am accessible if you have any questions.

I need a day to myself...so no trips or shop stuff.

Regards-

Todd

I had a shop done mine coz i dont have a garage/place to do it but its almost pretty much DIY coz i was doing the install with them and helping them with some stuff coz they dont know much of the car..
It did took a lil longer 11am to 2am, i was missing some stuff so we had to run to stores to look for it and improvise things

Difficult part will be
1. removing the oil pan
2. welding the oil return bung (have someone do it)
3. drilling hole in the crashbar to mount the intercooler- the metal is tough!
4. putting the HKS bov in the flange lol

Some areas you might wanna do some homework will be
1. Installing/wiring the gauges
2. clocking the turbo (if not preclocked)
3. wiring the slim fans- you dont want them to turn the wrong way haha

make sure you got your checklist done.. looking for fittings and improvised oil lines took like 5 hrs, plus they misplaced my stock oil pressure sensor so we have to buy a new one, and we have to buy a new drill bit for the crashbar. but that's what i get for not having everything in

Here's a quick checklist

manifold
turbo
gaskets (turbo-manifold, turbo-downpipe, manifold wasgate, wastegate-dumptube)- you can live without it though
wastegate
dumptube
vacuum hoses
vacuum manifold
intercooler pipes
intercooler
charge pipe
air filter
intake pipe
bov
oil return line- w/ bung/fitting
oil feed line w/ flange, npt-fitting
waterlines- only for watercooled turbo
slim fans
injectors
spark plugs
engine/fuel management and harness
couplers, clamps
gauges

Hardware
electrical wire for slim fans
1/8 NPT fitting for oil pressure gauge
high temp teflon tape
oil pan sealant
red rtv
vacuum hoses
good snap ring pliers
5 quarts of oil
zip ties, regular and small ones
hose clamps (worm gears)
knee pads
redbull
corona

try to assemble some parts if you can so install would be just direct bolt on less figuring out
