hey everyone well i finally got my kit installed ran into some issues i am missing 2 clamps the ones that go onto the intake pipe by the turbo....todd any help please? also my charge pipe hangs a little low? could this be because i upgraded manifolds? lastly im having tuning issues stupid tuning im hoping to get it all sorted out but well see everything seems reversed in my fuels charts instead of my inputs being negative they are all positive so i dont know what to do? im using the F/IC and i flashed it with the new 3.1 software any ideas or suggestions would help

well first off if your going fic i would say dont reflash to the new software yet....i would say go with the version 2 and work your way up as you cannot work your way back....as far as my issues and this is just what i have picked up from looking at the maps and watching my tuner try and tune everything.....when you open up the maps such as the fuel map all your inputs should be in negative numbers well some of them the ones that are towards the bottom of the map.....which in this case would be the values that are running when the car is out of boost. in my case all my input values are positive which means when its all said and done by the time im say at 5 pounds of boost im maxed out on how much fuel i can guve the car.....so i dont know if its just my tuner or if its the map that im using....but pretty much all my inputs that are positive in the non boosted area of the map should be negative and they are not..which caps me out on the amount of fuel i can feed the car during boost.

yes i got a few base maps that would get the car running......now if you go into the vegas style thread mr meaty posted a screen shot of what the fuel map looks like so i could get an idea and if you notice all of his numbers in the lower portion of the map are all negative numbers........on the other hand in my case all of my numbers are positive which creates a problem. hope that clears things up

Sounds to me something is wrong with your software and that maybe you should try redownloading it. I have version 3.01 (don't have the F/IC but I like playing around with the values and plus I wanted to try out this new base map creation part) and on my fuel map after I entered in 700cc injectors (I did the injector difference thing and then it gave me the base map that I could get my car started off of but I would have to of course tune it from there) and I have negative numbers in the bottom of the map. I don't see why you don't, maybe you should try opening up the map, right click in the map and go to injector size change or try doing the setup base map portion and see what values it gives you then, maybe it is thinking your injectors are real small... just a thought. You can set up a base map for the fuel and timing map, as well as enter the max rpm your car will see and it will automatically setup the rpm range on the map for you. Let me know what you come up with.

Why not throw in some gauges with the package?

I might get this instead of a supercharger.

Would you like him to come install it for you too?

This is the best deal for a turbo you can get. i wouldn't beg for more when you're getting a smoking deal as it is.
