allow me to attempt to answer that. from what it looks like, the main difference is fuel management. the S1 already comes with injectors and AEM FI/C piggyback (hence the higher price tag). for Fuel option 1 from Todd, you'd still be well under the over $4k commanded by Dezod. That's just on the surface, though. There are probably more changes that aren't on paper; i'll let Todd elaborate.

haha pics are up on the first page of my jax style thread!

car still isn't tuned so it's only average in terms of power and driveability; however, my greddy pressure sensor and harness for my emanage come in tomorrow from dezod, so once i have it in my hands i can give my tuner a call. hopefully within a week everything will be ready to roll

todd i would say. something basic is :
6 PSI
T3/T4
tial wastegate
manifold LOG ( could still reach 400-450 Horses with this LOG manifold if u ever wanted to push it to those limits.)
(If bad bad Todd this is actually my fav manifold.
http://www.meganracing.com/products/...d=739&catid=86
not to hijack the thread.
simpel good price. and Horn style
don't know the costs of the Log manifold though, don't know about fitting issues.)
manderel bends .
I/C
piping.
Just plain simpel .
something to get you boostin and feel what 60 - 75 more horses can do to the Car.
i would defintaly be interested. if you can come up with it and be in the range of 2200-2400$

And after that you can put a Fuel upgrade kit.
( trust me after playin 2-3 months with 200 + horses it gets boring you want more.)

Shouldn't have to clock it, that's usually for custom kits and buying a turbo straight from Garrett or another manufacturer. Kits are usually pre-clocked. I'm not saying this kit is or is not, because I don't know, but it should be..

95% of the time I do not clock the turbo...its only 12 bolts and not rocket science to change....but I have had allot of issues because of this.

On the Ver 2.1 kits you still have to move it to mount the hot side IC pipe...but the others I will make sure the turbos are clocked.....you'd be suprised on how many calls I get,.....my turbos is wrong! lol

hey Todd, your pre-tapped oil pan, is it also already welded???
Yes, If I am going to take the time to drill it...I am going to weld the fitting to it as well.

So how does the TT kit differ from the S1?
The question that will cause the most "drama" thanks matt

Actually there isn't really much of a difference.......Their chargepipes are stainless and mine are made out of aluminum.....other than that they are the same.....one is just more affordable than the other and it comes with a few more included extras

How much hp? it is a good deal finally someone answered prayers.
How much power are people getting from the Dezod, treadstone and turbonetics kits?

Its going to be close to those numbers.....just depends on the tune and the boost level run.

This kit is a log style manifold with a T3/T4 garrett turbo.....basically the same as everyone else....

Its just priced right

where can i take a look and order these kits, i visited the site but they arent listed??
As I just started these on Monday.....I don't have picts of this kit yet....I can show pictures of other log style manifolds I make. The 1st gen xB, xA and the Yaris all take a log style.

I am hoping to have some new stuff on the site tonight....last night I fell asleep in front of the comp. and didn't finish.

i wonder if i could just buy the fuel option..
Yes you can......but it costs just a bit more when purchased by itself.

Is this kit compatible with an automatic tc?
Yes, I finally got my hands on an auto.

I will have this kit, and the BASIK available for the autos by tomorrow

Regards-

Todd

Honestly, I think the dezod kit is priced higher due to the SS IC pipes. aen called to get thier pipes and they wanted an arm and a leg for them cause they are SS.
I dont' have any issues with my aluminum pipes.

Got another simple question regarding size. From a few pics, it looks like the turbo is very close to the radiator. What is the exact clearance spec, and is a thin/front mount fan required for a proper fit? My upper radiator support is pushed back a few inches and I know it won't fit unless I fix it.
