Default Tuner troubles.

So.... I got my car "tuned" today, and I'm ____ed. After 2 hours the tuner comes and tells me we're all done. I"m thinking great!.... WRONG. Tuner tells me he has no idea why my idle is stumbling. says its from the cat and they need to make a custom downpipe to eliminate the cat and dp to get rid of the back pressure and then do another base line dyno --- theres so much wrong with that I know. Car runs like i've still got a trash basemap on there. AFRs are bouncing all over the place.

Under load car seems to run well.. still bouncy AFRs though. Under decel the car will stumble (usually at a stop light)

I've posted the tune here
http://www.2shared.com/file/bvGpJtK4/trenz_tune_1.html

I'm thinking the above tune is more suited to a blow through setup (I have no log to reclamp the maf unfortunately)

Mafs not clamped (in the above tune)
and I'm running a pull through set up.
550 injectors
turbonetics v2 kit.
7-8psi spring

Can i get some guidance here please I'm lost at this point. Doing what I can to research fic tuning, but I'm no tuner by a large margin.

Is the car dying at all from a rough idle? Is your bov opening?

Do you have a boost controller?

I lied just pulled some codes.... dont know if i had this before the tune or after.

p0300 plugs/coils
p0301 missfire
p0302 missfire
p0304 missfire

p0102 MAF circuit low input

Plugs were replaced with NGK 1 step colder
I don't have a boost controller but i can hear the bov open with a ch-ch-ch

Been looking at picking up a tig for awhile. IC piping might just have to be my first project.

-maf cleaned still stumble...
Looked at the tune again. o2 maps don't have voltages either. Wont this cause the veh to trim the fuel? Could explain my bouncy afr
