eek thats a bit far for me....well I have some friends in dallas which is a bit closer but they are usually busy and I hardly go that way. I wouldnt want to have to wake up extra early to compensate getting lost time haha =oP

The tune could also be causing you from reaching full boost.

How so? I think that's a stretch.

Boost loss is typically from vac leaks, exhaust leaks, intercooler drag and/or pipe drag from bends and such.

Edit: Loss of pressure can come from atmospheric conditions and altitude too.

hmm...the vac lines seem fine to me, maybe exhaust leak then? my boost gauge acts kind of funny. it jumps up and down from vac to boost for no reason. but the spool doesnt seem to be affected by the malfuctioning gauge. who knows. I might need a new gauge i might not ill find out soon enough

ok I didnt want to make a new thread so I'm going to ask it here. on the wastegate, is it bad to not have the other hose barb? I just notice that mine is missing
because i was reading up on how to hook up the boost controller and it needed 2 hose connected to it...could that b a boost leak as well?
and can I still hook up the boost controller using just 1 of the actuator
