My answer all though some would assume to be biased will be unbiased and very simple.
Look for completeness of the kit (with fuel and engine management)
Look for reputation of the product and service provided
Look at your budget (be realistic with yourself)
Decide on power goals (be realistic here and be honest with yourself) are you prepared to dump $10K to make 400+whp?
The answer to these questions should narrow your field and help some. If money is not an issue, we can continue this discussion at the next level.

^^paul pretty much said it all. figure out the answer to those questions and then go from there with your research. from what i've read all 3 kits are good its just all in personal preference and end result is what it comes down to

This pretty much sums it up right there. Be very realistic with your goals, and turboing your car. Understand that turboing your car, requires more maintenance then a standard NA tc.
