Default Turbo Downpipe Question

All of you guys that have the Dezod turbo kit does the close dump pipe on the down pipe get in the way of the oil dip stick? I was told by Paul that you have to do some mod. to the dip stick. Looking at some of you guys picture I can't really tell if you do or don't. As of right now I have a open dump and 1. it is too loud once it open. 2. carbon built-up under hood. 3. can't have fresh air when windows is rolled down. Thanks.

Well, you need to address this to AUTO owners only! On the autos, it hits the tranny dipstick unless you relocate it. I believe there is only 2-3 people that have auto kits with dipsticks relocated so that they could run the recirc'd version.

I thought it's the oil dip stick you have to move not the tranny.

I have the manifold / downpipe from Dezod and you do have to mod the dipstick tube with a manual as well. I had to bend the Sh*t out of it so that the O2 sensor could fit. The downpipe O2 sensor was right where the oil dipstick "was."

I'm definately not complaing...I am very happy with parts!!
