What are you using for management? Turbo? Perhaps there is a boost leak as well.

a couple of things to be worried about bro...one why are you only hitting 4.6psi i have the stage 0 in currently and i have the tial 5.8psi spring n i hit and hold 5.3psi at full boost no prob you might wanna check for vac/boost leaks anywhere. another thing is 203whp with a 5psi tune on 550cc injectors idk bro seems a lil low on power to me but im just saying

well the tuner had a stock tc with just headers and it put down 148whp im at 4.6psi and got 60+hp at under 5lb..... 1lb=12.39hp im pretty sure thats good as rule of thumb is 1lb=10hp

his hp is actually pretty spot on considering how rich he is running. if they lean it out a bit then he should see a hp gain.

why the hell is your cruise set at 12afr? that might cause the random shutting down!

I think he was tuned for 12.2 afr at WOT but on the way home I be he developed a vacuum leak which caused the stock computer to raise his fuel trims all the way up therefore making his cruise afr go to 12.2 and WOT to less than 10. Another possibility is your front o2 sensor is fried and the stock computer is automatically making it rich.

Did he tune for drivability or just WOT? If you have a huge FMIC then your boost will decrease, especially with a small turbo. If you have the capability, run the WG line to the compressor housing, if not, the vac block works.

Definitely get new plugs. I run the NGK Iridium IX's and they are fantastic.

update: so you guys were right i had a major vac leak, in the intercooler piping car is running better now although the tune still has some sticky points,

but this idiot (me) fiqured i should let the car idle for a bit to burn some fuel out the system, well i recently took my fans out, and my car overheated BADLY by the time i caught it it was in the red and my scanner read 263F great what kind of damage should i be looking for i let it cool down and turned it back on but now once again im beating myself up.........
