Anything you can do to keep the heat in the exhaust system and lower under hood temps will help efficiency.

it depends on which one you get, i think it looks cleaner than a rusty turbine housing unless you are ballin on an expensive turbo. It even helps to spooling in your turbo.

it helps tons keeping hood temps down

Like stated before by others you'll see quite a temp drop with it and spool up will increase because all the gases and heat are being kept in the exhaust stream so to speak. It won't lower your performance it will help it.

thanks for the props guys :-)

and 05, no flexpipe came with kit and you dont need one but it is EXTREMELY important that you bolt the s-pipe to the mid-pipe using the springs 100% correctly. Double check the install guide when installing and call Dezod if you are at all confused.

In general like mentioned above, it will help efficiency and performance. The turbo blanket will be good but if you use it on headers/manifold liek pictured above. It can/may lead to crack in your manifold.

the manifold blanket is just generic blanket made by DEI that I cut and tied to the manifold.. i would say its not so bad to the manifold like those heat wraps used on manifold and downpipes.. The turbo blanket is one i got in ebay, its quality is pretty good.

like this but in chrome with inside seams

Yea header wrap does some damage I deff think the stuff you got is much more effecient and will not damage the manifold over time like the wrap does sometime.
