Also on zpi's site it doesn't say the engine is sleeved... will the stock block be able to handle that kind of power? Those seem like high rpm's for the stage 2 block and head (again according to zpi's site) unless there are mods that we aren't allowed to see/know about I am just curious as I am going to be building my engine from inside out and don't want to put too much strain on the block... I am not going to sleeve though, so I will keep horsepower mild :D

I would think that the motor is going to handle it.

Isn't it more determined based on Internals, and not wether it's sleeved or not?

Well Rado makes 588hp(Crank) on stock block and races it every week. Until the ignition spiked on him. I would tend to believe the stock sleeves will be able to take that abuse. :D

It wouldnt be hard to do....

This is what I have on my car.. its an H brace with traction bars.. The Hbrace gets bolted to the frame and one side of the traction bars goes to the brace and the other side to the lower control arm and sway bar.. Add some energy suspension endlinks and I got no well hop all I do is burn rubber from spinning.. I need new stickier tires to grab the pavment..

I know Travis... But the skittle aloud me to spend no money and get the same amount of whp that a tC has with $4k dropped into it (which is good sense I have no money)... Plus I get a 4 door grocery getter to move the family around in..

If you have thin cylinder walls, with all of that pressure inside the cylinder to make that power the walls could get too hot and a possible thermal break down could occur... now I haven't experienced one of these yet but I am sure the problems that could come from this could be numerous. I am not a doubter, and not trying to prove anything, but I would just like to see if anyone knew a near exact limit, or if anyone has had failure of this type. It would be pretty nuts if it could hold 600+on the stock block.

Hey Brian (Zero) The company mentioned in the pic above, makes traction bars for your girls car... The Cobalt.. not sure if she is having traction issue or wheel hop problems, but look them up if she is.. they are a great company to do buisness with.

Yea, I mentioned something to her. She might have even worse traction problems with a smaller pulley and the meth injection... Bwoody products look great.
