i don't like turbonetics, i think they are just a company NAME. they have bad reputation over here their turbo's are broken very often here. anyways my point is they told me on a mail the car is not safe to be tuned over 280 HP.
and i'm like WTF ? Kenny has a 350 HP beats daily driven.
in P.R; they have like a 400 HP daily driven.
why can't we go over that HP range.
they say " reliability ". I'd say 10Sec and kill some 2JZ no matter the cost!

Just so that we are all on the same page. It's tough to assume anything now-a-days.

Also, did you ride in the car?

Just to let you know....the 16G made 367whp and was completely maxed out on my motor. Phase 2 will be happening in a week or so!

Looks like the make whp was 367, the rev limiter is set at 7200 right now and the dyno chart never drops off we simply hit the limiter before power ever begins to drop. The car like several of you probably know is either granny or WOT, part throttle tuning with this combination really does not exist so, at this point I am really trying to just get miles on the new motor before going phase 2. Kenny anticipates that the 16g that is on it will be completely shot by the time I take it back up there. Since the manifold is not tubular or equal length there is a lot of temperature variation in that manifold. The intial plan was to see what we could push the 16G too and see what kind of numbers we could pull at the track...well that just is not going to happen, A) we do not have an LSD in it, and to say there is torque steer is an HUGE understatement B) Not going to risk doing something stupid on this motor before it has the right combination of parts on it. The phase 2 plan includes basically yanking the turbo system thats on there and going with, bigger turbo(3076R), bigger intercooler, complete external fuel system, LSD, losing the MAF sensor, and several other things that I will leave undisclosed until they are finished. The car is fast...it pulls.....well it just keeps pulling and hard. Kenny got the thing tuned on this combination and that was a feat in itself, I mean the thing has 750cc injectors and the stock regulator, on a completely built motor, and head and he got it tuned to a point were it could be daily driven, so hats off to everyone at ZPI for their efforts, it has been a long road but man after driving the car...it was well worth it. I will work on getting some vidoes of it in action soon, driving by and a couple of pulls...I did put one video out there already .....just for those who believe in Unicorns!!!!!!

I thought Kenny figured that out according to Rhythmn and someone else.

Also, car looks good!!! One quick question, was there a reason why your EGT gauge was not reading and the WB 02 was off the charts lean idling?

Accctuaallyy.....The "granny or WOT" comment was directed due to the fact that the damn thing spools SO fast that he can't really drive it Part throttle.... If you noticed he said....."With this Combination". Nothing to do with wether it can be tuned Part Throttle or not. For Gods sake....Brian mentioned to me that under NORMAL driving...(as in I drive like I was 45yrs old in my Vette)....as soon as he touches the gas and he reaches 2700-2800rpm....INSTANT 7 PSI of boost. If I do that in our car, I'm still in vaccum. Brian does not have that luxury because of the High flow of the motor will push it up that high even if you barely touch the gas. Kenny had mentioned to me one time that his car Revs Like a GSXR motorcycle, and that you can not give first gear no more than 15% input, otherwise your hitting boost.

I would imagine that tuning Part throttle on the current setup would be rather complex don't you think?

Not a good example to use Brian's car. Besides we already settled that when Mike (Whocares) and Garage17 already backed it up when they both have Part Throttle tunes using the Pressure sensor.
