Always ran the RC's and I will probably try 850cc on 15psi, and see how they do, as long as I dont have to run to high a fuel pressure I think they will be fine, of course that leaves me with a set of 1400cc, and 750cc injectors that I need to sell.....LOL

You mean 1400, cause I already got dibs on the 750cc.

We got to work out a price on that shiz. I need Ghetto prices.... J/k. I'm going to try and drop that Mishimoto in today. Then let me know when you get the 750's back at the house.

You bought a Mishimoto radiator? Pics please! How does it look compared to stock? What’s the size difference?

Dammit, rhythm you got the mishimito too? lol

jk =D

I've had it sitting in my garage for a week now. I really need to find some time to install it >.<

On a side note. I run 800cc injectors. Duty cycle is about 48-50% at idle. Plenty of room to grow ^^

Getting it to idle is a PITA though. Its fine for a few minutes, then it starts hunting and dies.

I'm pretty sure I have to play around with the PID settings, and maybe max/min ISC settings, for a bit longer. Oh well, its a work in progress =D

there's been some pics here comparing to stock but you shouldnt worry if you're using your stock fan.. but you have a TT kit, my concern is that with todd's IC hot pipe, you will have to choose to clock the compressor elbow away from the rad and have the hot side IC sit low to fit the bigger rad or move the elbow forward and possibly not fit the mishimoto rad.. it might fit thought but you have a bigger turbo, im thinking 50/50 now of getting it.. but with a new design of hot side IC, I surely can fit this one on mine

Well yesterday drove the car to work, and it was really lean any time I gave it gas, so tonight did some checking and found a slight...problem

those are the orings from the injectors, as you can see one of them....is definitely not like the others....lol So I will have to get with the dealer and get a few of these ordered. There was no leak it was just pushing air past the seal, and causing a lean condition. So will get those ordered and get it back on the road, been reading up on the Hydra and going to make a few tweaks, and should be good to go!

I was wondering. What is your AFR at idle? And what injectors do you have?

I have 800cc, and I can't for the life of me get it to idle right >.<

The only way I can get it to idle somewhat right, is with an afr of 12-12.5

blah

most likely that the one that caused, if not some lil tweaking on the hydra might be needed lol

Idles right around 13.3-13.5 with 1400cc, and the idle is perfect, the only changes I will be making are with the Min AC ISC value & AC Steps Up value, right now with the air on, and at idle it hunts for an idle speed, and has died a few times.

Hmmm.. I guess I have to play around with it a bit more.
Would you happen to know your PID values? and what your timing is at idle?

I really need help, lol.

Thanks =D

Its kinda of embarrassing. It takes a few tries before the car actually turns on. When it does turn on, it sounds like a shotgun

I recalibrated the hydra wideband, and the innovative wideband.

I remove the fuel % +/- from the Coolant Temp Trim/Air Temp Trim, so they won't affect the base map.

To get a better AFR dialed in. I'll have to add those values back in later though, for safety reason obviously, lol.

Blah. I'll be so happy once I get it to idle right

Are you wanting the PID Controls values(Boost Control Start RPM...etc)?

Well unfortunately orings, sorry I was informed that these are actually called isolators, did not fix the problem, so now I am pretty sure its in the map. I changed plugs and did a compression test just to be sure. Cylinders all checked out fine, and the new plugs are in. Looks like I need to retune, and adjust the map......yippy

i had a similar problem recently. the car got progressively leaner over 2 days. turns out that the yellow plastic clip that holds my walbro 255lph up into the apparatus that houses it, had slipped off a little bit. this caused the fuel pump to fall down slightly, and it would not make sufficient fuel pressure. it was a simple fix that only involved 2 zip ties, to make sure it never happens again.

i dont know your exact fuel system set up off the top of my head brian. so i dont know if you have the same problem. but i dont see how it could be the hydra since the stock ecu no longer has the ability to control the fuel settings.
