i cant believe you are allowing kenny and chad to finish this for you after everything you know that happened with them. By the way you cant say they arent because that is chads moms garage your car is sitting in. pictures tell 1000 words.

That sucks to hear Jester but I guess you had to do what you had to do. I hope everything works out in the long run.

When did I deny who was working on it? I felt I was owed making it right, and that is the chance I have given him. The car is getting done, and that is all I am concerned with. I spent a lot of money on this, and if I had someone else do this, I would have had to fork out even more money. Everyone has there own deal here, and like I said..my ONLY concern is getting my car back, and done, so I am doing what I have to do to make that happen.

[quote="TurboToyotas"]
IBy no means does this community want this manifold, yes it looks cool and if thats your only reason for buying a piece like this then so be it, and it works for that purpose.

The hole concept of having an "equal length" design and a collector has been defeated by the extension from the collector to the turbo itself.

Enjoy

Regards-

Todd
This is Mike Murillos new turbo setup....remote mounted turbos....3000hp....hoping to run in the 6's...seems like it is working for him :-)

Well got some good news....and some bad news on the car. Car was dynoed yesterday....first run was 11psi car made 321whp. Next attempt was on 21psi, car made 469whp....right directions, next attempt same boost, car fell on its face....hmm...tried twice more same result, ran good one pull, bad second pull, so went back to 18psi and adjusted all Hydra settings, did not fix the falling on its face issue. So a call into Hydra, and they informed us we needed to ditch the Nology wires, said it causes electrical interferance.....oookay.... Gave that a try today, and tried 21psi again.....car made 498whp, and running perfect, falling on the face problem solved.......HOWEVER.....the bad news.......so we pulled some timing shooing for 500+ and.......car would not stay in gear......kept popping out. dialed it back down to 15psi, and still pops out of 1st, 3rd, and 5th. So now car is on the lift trying to figure out why it wont stay in gear. Trying to figure out what the issue is, the car does not grind, just pops out of gear, even on gentle granny shifting. Linkage is being checked, not sure the tranny can move since it has the brace on it. Anyone know if the short throw shifter could be causing an issue, or anyone run into this?? Car runs Great, tune is dialed in, and all is well. Transmission only has 9k miles on it, and really never been beat on, so hard to believe its internal, but who knows.

Nice numbers! I love my hydra and it sounds like its working out for you.

Funny though. I have a buddy up here in detroit with a 5 speed that has the same problem. He's a bone stock motor though. Very strange....Just pops right out of gear.

Actually you are right it was not 18, it was 21, and 18, I put 18, and 15...my bad...too many damn numbers to look at......good call though. The turbo I am using would be similar to a GT35R.

Still, DAMN nice! I could not imagine jumping from 11 on one pull and 21 onthe next! YIKES!
I have heard of one or 2 guys poping out of gear on stock, but I think it was only one gear, first or second.

Question, what psi is the spring in your wastegate?

YES...we are working on fabricating and intake, and replacing the stock fuel rail, I have no doubts that any extended duty at 20+ boost will blow the thing apart. What sucks is we have 3 really good maps right now, everyday 14-15psi map, a travel map which is like 11psi, for taking trips, had a pretty good 21psi map. We had the race gas ready but never got a chance to use it or make a map for it. Frustrating to have it running great......but.....not be able to drive it.
