Default Turbo kit decision help!!!

I have been researching and reading a lot and still have problems deciding on a turbo kit!

I want all the opinions I can get on this! Dezod or TurboToyota???? How long has these companies been around for? I've heard good about both!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

From what everyone on here tells me and tells everyone else. Both of those companys are the way to go, dezod's customer service is amazing. Both turbo kits are really good..although the turbotoyota's medusa like headers look freakin sick

Dezod Motorsports, almost 6 years in business now. Founded in 01, opened in 02. We have been VERY successful in this market, as well as the Civic 01-05, Cobalt SS/Ion Redline, Corvette C5-6...Hollar if you need me.

Stay tuned for our EL race header.

I'd go with a Twin Turbonator setup, it increases HP by 83%...

=| honestly

it's a huge

I don't know. its up to you

haha the two kits, tho take totally different routes in terms of turbo and stuff, are exactly the same in quality and craftsmanship. you can't go wrong with either.

me personally, id go with TT because nobody else would have it. but then again. i'm going custom that way, NOBODY would have it. =)

dezod has great kits, spectacular customer service, fast shipping, internet discounts, i think there is a $1 dollar shipping sale going on right now. their kits have alot of potential and come in a wide range of combination packages. especially with their signature kits.

powder coating, engine management, exhaust, engine managment, turbo housing, clutches etc.

dezod is well established and has a blemish free track record as far as i can tell.

i've heard lots of good things about the turbotoyota's kit. they have more potential than the dezod kit, something about their tubular equal length exhaust manifold, and downpipe. but they don't have options for customizing the kit like dezod, and i think you need to find your own engine management systems.

also, turbotoyota's have a blemish free track record, but they haven't been around as long as dezod, and i don't think they do nearly the volume of bussiness that dezod does. not to say they aren't a good company, but they aren't as established as dezod, i think.

i was set on getting a dezod kit until my tc started giving me some drama when i started modifying it.

GReddy has been in the business since the Import Tuner ERA started... (The tC kit looks good, and it's about $3100 to make it work, but you have to change the rubber connectors, buy boost & AFR, gauges and the filter isn't reusable so you have to buy a 50buck reusable filter) It's still CHEAP but looks nice!

If you have 6Gs to burn! GO DEZOD with Sterling silver coatings, recirculated cat-less dump, Garrett GT .64 AR and a full Dezod exhaust FOR THE WIN! (Oh, and they have a customer service.)

I do offer all the options + more than Dezod does and yes you have to find your own management = ie the management is not included....

But I can provide what the customer needs, wether its a standalone or a piggy back...

You won't go wrong with either one of our companies, it pretty much comes down to personal preference.

Todd

I think he likes watching "hentai flicks" so, he might like you equal length turbo manifold...

BTW: do you offer Sterling silver coatings on the E.L.T.M.? (might be cheaper than machine polish.)

Yes sir, you have the choice from the following:

HPC coatings:

Flat black
"sterling silver" standard HPC coating

Polish options:

Standard polish
Gold
Copper

This applies to the manifold, downpipe/s-pipe, dumptube and turbine and compressor housings.

The compressor housings can also be polished and powdercoated any color of customer choice.

Todd

hey todd, sorry if i a messed up that part about not being able to customize parts, i was just infering that because you don't have those little selection buttons on your site when ordering your kit, so i thought they only came like that. my badd, didn't mean to do you wrong.

I love my TT kit. and I think both companies are pretty equal on customizations:
I got a different BOV then comes with the kit, and you can choose different size turbos, different Wastegates, coatings, etc.
The kit does not come with injectors or management, but Todd can supply both, as well as anything else you might need.
Both are excellent choices, and I would suggest contacing both and letting them know what your goals are and they can help you out.
