Default Turbo timer hardwire instead of plug n play

Has anyone just wired their turbo timer straight in? Ptuning is backed up a month for their plug n play ignition harness and really don't wait to wait/rely on them to have them in.

I did, just taped into the wires on the steering column.

If you go to the scion tech section of the site, you can find all the necessary wiring diagrams to do this. Unfortunately, i don't have a picture, i was using an hks turbo timer.

there is a DIY on wiring a turbo timer here just search for it.

Not for wiring it directly into the ignition harness.

im curious as well,i have the hks type 0,and taking forever for ptuning to ship the harness.wish other vendors would sell it

Yea they said they are having more made and its going to take 3 weeks.

I just talked to them on the phone and they said they are shipping it out Wednesday. About dang time.
