Check the vacuum line.... The shop forget to hook the vacuum line up the boost gauge read 3psi instead of 6psi.

Where is the exhost leak? Before the turbo? Near the intake? Compression check - maybe you cooked the rings already?

UPDATE: ok so yeah heres the thing lmao. i went out to the local wal-mart tonite with my g/f to get a few needed things. well i went to get on it again and same thing, it feels like it wants to go but just cant lol. well i leave walmart and im turnin on the main road, hit it and same thing happens. well now my g/f is like "its getting really hot in here, im goin to turn the heat off", and thats when it hit me!!! this whole time when ive been gettin on it, my girl has had the heat on and didnt tell me that she cut it on! so i turn the heat off, merge onto the interstate and hit it from 2nd gear, well needless to say, IF FLEW!! and come to find out she finally told me that shes had the heat on every time that ive gone to get on it cuz she was cold! so false alarm everyone!! lol i deeply appologize to everyone and sincerely appreciate everyones help for no reason lol. im feeling a little right about now lol.

rofl the a/c button was on cuz she claims that the heater gets warmer quicker that way lmao, which it might a little bit lol, but yeah, that had to be it cuz i did a test and the full power was there w/o the heater on and with the heater on there was a significant loss in power. i did that 3 different times to make sure lol.

umm... right so your heater was on and it lost what 20-30 horses??

Anywhoo.. while I was reading I would think it would just be the stock clutch wearing which is good because you have one coming in the mail.. Other than that I don't see really any problems in the near future as long as the install was graaaaavyy.. which it sounds like it was.

And yea at night it should pull harder due to colder air..

best of luck with it, keep it up..

eh i wouldnt say it was 20-30, mostly just felt like it was a load on the engine more or less, which it ended up being lol. imma test it again tm since it will be a little warmer than it has been lately just to make sure though, im not taking nething for granite lol.

no i dont , i need to get some but right now my funding is on life support lmao. heres the list so far: dezod stage 1 turbo kit, e-manage, megan midpipe, dc sports exhaust, ingalls ETD, hks turbo timer, aem a/f ratio gauge, aem boost gauge, aem oil pressure gauge, ezpod gauge pod and a ACT street clutch kit should be on the way sometime soon, and soon to be re-tuned after everything is finished being installed. other mods are having to be put on back burner right now due to diminished funds lolol. does anyone have any suggestions of where i should go from here though?

I think it might play with the a/f ratio when the a/c is turned on or even limit throttle to prevent over speed of the compressor. Don't forget that it is TBW in the tC.

Glad to hear the problem is gone. When I have my heat on I dont lose any HP. At least I dont feel it. Now with the AC I can feel a HUGE HP lose.

Sorry man, that still doesn't sound right. I can crank my heat to full blast, and still rip the tires as if I didn't turn the heat on. It doesn't Kill power THAT much..
