But what is that white tc that runs 12.5 running. ZPI??

You mean Silver. And it's 12.3. But that's a different subject. So we should stay on topic with this thread.

PS...The scanned images of the dyno sheet and timeslips are not good enough to make out any of the numbers. Think you can redo them? And next time tell whomever is video taping to keep the tape running UNTIL you cross the line, UNTIL the numbers flash up on the board(zoom in to get the #'s)....gosh I hate vids that cut off right before that point..

Excellent dyno numbers. Your drag technique could use a little work and I think you'll see some fantastc times as you get more experienced driving that car. What most people have to keep in mind is that for some this is their first venture to the track with a turbocharged car or at all. The difference between the stock Tc and a turbo Tc no matter what the kit is huge when it comes to leaving with a clean 60ft and keeping it up down the track. My first trip to the track in my N/A Z was running consistent 14s. Post turbo it took me a full day of re-learning where to launch, how much to feather the clutch, etc before I was finally able to squeeze a 12.6 out of the car. And that is by no means even good. Someone with the same turbo kit and mods as me just ran a 11.98 on street tires. Yes I suck at drag racing but thats not my usual choice of racing venue so I wasn't too broken up. But that just goes to show how much the driver and their experience can affect a 1/4 mile time. The variance between me and the other guy was huge 11.98 vs a 12.6 with the exact same power to the wheels..

they dyno'd a stock tC with s/c and said he was puttin 174whp
a few other tCs dyno'd, but didn't catch the numbers

but that fan was like 10-15ft from the intercooler
that guy sure did enjoy hitting redline in a few cars, and just kept bouncing

Seems that the dynow was pretty accurate....

It's his driving skills that might need work...

oh i never bagged on his kit, ive seen it, i like the setup. the only thing i dont like abou the turbonetics kit is the wastegate on top of the manifold, and only for the reasion it burns the hole in the hood insulation. besides that its a super clean kit. numbers wise it sounds accurate, hes boosting 6 or 7 psi if im not mistaken, so the numbers hes putting down are really good. if it hasnt been retuned i would look into that. driving is a huge part also, hence why i would only run 14's with my car. ive never dragged once, so im sure i would jack things up . and as far as the silver tc from zpi it was running their stage 1 kit, slicks and 14psi of boost so its a little bit different. with 10psi of boost you can hit high 12's, but you gotta know how to drive.

All you guys that are FI you will never get good # if you don't have a LSD. You need to get the power to the ground. Next time drop your tire psi down to 25 you should run 13
