I talked with the gentleman who is building the motor for me, after we talked we came to the conclusion. that the specific details will be worked out as the motor gets built. I won't be getting many more parts untill we "actualy" need them.
he's wanting to Port n polish the head, regrind the cams, amoung other things to this motor.

honestly I have had the worst luck with getting any form of electronics for my car. lol, I had an order with ZPI that I was lucky to get my money back after that whole fieasco. (**on a side note**My bank really stood up for me, to this day it amazes me how quick they were to resolve this issue for me. ) I had an HYDRA on order for almost 3 months . so now I've bought Emanage Ultimate and after almost 3 weeks (from a local shop no less) they have yet to get it for me. I am honestly regreting getting that unit, after looking at the AEM Standalone unit. and with the built motor, I feel as if it is not a good Idea to go "half @ss" on an ECU...

I wouldn't worry about messing with the head now. Build the bottom and go for the AEM. Call Paul at Dezod, I know he won't have a problem getting you a standalone or piggyback in a timely manner.

Default Turbonetics Kit

I am looking to get the Turbonetics kit, do you not recommend it because the Unichip is that bad? I am really looking for an easy install kit that I won't need to tune for now.

I'll put it this way. the turbokit works fine. if you buy it will work on your car. But IMO the unichip is garbage. there are Much better forms of ECU's out there.

later, Comp.
