I think Brett got his charge pipes raw. I like mine black, so I think it's graet that black PC is included in the price of the kit. I also opted to get the mani, turbo hot side and down/s-pipes heat coated for $100, $35 and $75 respectively.

I forgot that my invoice is at home, so this is off the top of my head:
The kit lists for $3,599.
That is for the base stage 1 kit, not the GT. It's actually larger then the GT stage 1 but smaller then the GT stage 2.
GT kits have ball bearing turbos.
This includes a Garrett T3/T04E turbo with 4 trim chioces and 2 A/R chioces. (Mine is 54trim .63 A/R)
Tial 38mm Wastegate
Choice of a few BOV (I got the HKS, no extra charge)
Equal Lengh Mani
2.5" Down pipe
2.5" S-pipe (most kits dont' include this, but I think Dezod is now)
Wastegate Dump tube
Intercooler with 2.5 piping and T-Bolts.
Vacuum block (I don't think any other kits come with this)
K&N filter
Steel Braided Oil feed/return lines.
Slim line fans to replace standard radiator fans.
And all the gaskets, washers and what not.

No cutting or modifying was required to make the intercooler fit, however you do need to remove the sound dampner under the hood and your valve cover as they will melt. Also the plastic under your front bumper has to go.
The only holes you have to drill is the one in the oil pan and 2 in the crash bar to mount the IC.

The only other thing you NEED are larger injectors, 440cc at lest, which were $300.

I also got the AEM F/IC Piggyback $400
Harness for AEM $310
2 step colder NGK spark plugs $35 for 4
AEM WideBand Eugo $300
AEM Tru Boost Gauge/Controller $300
AEM Oil Pressure Gague $200
(You could go with autometer gauges on all 3 and save $300 or so)
ATI center mount gague pod $100
OEM Exhaust Manifold Gasket $30
Toyota Oil Pan Sealant $20
Like I said earlier, I got everything heat coated as well, which was not neccessary but highly recomended, as this thing gets HOT!

Now, personally, I got discounts on some stuff for providing Todd dynos on the bushing kit (hopefully this weekend) and having a freind at the dealership, but this should look pretty good as a total price.

Your looking at $5300 without the heat coating.
If you got the autometer gauges, that would put you at $5K
You still need to add in install costs if you have someone esle do it, and tuning costs. I think the price is VERY competitive considering all you get with the kit.
I'll post agian if I think I forgot something, but I'm sure this quote is what I'll use when I post my own thread!!!

Thank you so much brother!!! I might ask Todd how much its going to be for the ball bearing, simply becase it is water/oil cooled and puts my mind at ease a little but more. Unless the stage 1 is both oil/water cooled.

My turbo is oil only. The BB upgrade for that one is $500.
But all the GT kits all BB and they are oil/water.
If you go that rout, I would go for the stage 2, as it has more potential then the stage 1.
But I think your idea of getting the base S1 kit and getting the BB upgrade is a GREAT idea! faster spoool and longer life.
I have a feeling I will end up upgrading the turbo on my kit long before it dies on me. But I gotta get that motor built first!

You can get the pipes raw if you want but it doesn't change the price.

man Todd must be real busy right now... I have so many questions but he is mia right now haha... hope everything is going well with the new baby and wife todd, that is if the baby is out.

Ah, THERE you are!
I sent you a slew of emails, so if you can back to me on those, I'd appreciate it. I might be able to get tuned on Thursday, which means dynos this weekend! But I need that IC pipe!

I got close to 20k on it so far. So that will be the starting point for boost on the clutch.
I'm expecting by this time next year I'll be putting in the Spec Stage 2+ or the Clutchmasters Stage 3, but I'm not doing the flywheel.
