My issue with Pink is that when he first came on the boards, he started like 20 new threads in one week, ALL of which were either comon sense or had already been answered in other threads.
Plus, he is making us Vegas boys look bad!

Naw Phil, he isn't making us Vegas guys look bad... I mean take for instance fairladyz, haven't heard a peep from that guy and he went back and forth on what to do with his tC...turbo, nitrous, no turbo, no nitrous, all motor, no turbo again...I dont think that guy could hit 13 seconds if he counted it out.

Yeah, he had a couple things go on recently in his life, one personal and one business, that has set him back, but rest assured, it will be worth the wait.

I think after I ordered mine (which was one of the first of it's specs) I had it in about 5 weeks. I would have had it in 3 but I opted to get everything heat coated and then one piece got scratched, so he had the coaters re do it.
But he's pretty good at getting back at your PM or E-mails, and now that he has joined with Peak Boost, you can call him during the day at 877-238-8726.
give him a call and he'll tell you what's up.

When did you order your kit? How long has it been?

For those of you who have the TT kit installed.. are you noticing a lot of lag since using such a big turbo?

Well, first gear kinda sucks it starts building, and the it hits boost and jumps so I have to shift real quick. But I can't launch at a good RPM because then my clutch starts slipping.
But after that, I can shift all the way through 5th and never really get out of boost. So I'd have to say no.
Plus, most of my driving is freeway cruizing, so I'm already up in the 4k rpm range. All I gotta do is push the pedal down and I'm in boost.
I have the Stage 1 (not GT) 54trim .64 AR so I beleive it's the smallest one Todd offers. However, it's a bushing, so the Stage 1GT should spool even faster.
But if I didn't get this one, my second choice would be the Stage 2 GT which has as much power potential as mine, but has the BB turbo so quicker spools. But I saved almost a grand by going with the bushing turbo.

i can 2nd this.
for only been tuned at 5 psi, his car is killer. it spools very fast and there is almost no lag after shifting to 2nd and 3rd.
imagine how fast it would be with more boost...

Well, the bigger turbo will spool slower, and the shorter mani will spool faster, so I think it will about even out.
It dont' really matter cause our 1st gear is a joke, and once you get into second, you shoudl be able to keep it in boost as long as you can keep your shifts from droppping below 4k rpm. That's iff your clutch holds out!!!

Yeah, that's right, olaHalo rode in my car. I left his voice in the back seat!

Did I take you for a spin yet, AEN?
