One option is to find the invoice from the company that shipped it to you be it peakboost, or whatever, and see if they had a listing on the invoice to indicate what size they were.

injectors are bought from a member here, but unused.. denso pnp, the only denso i know is the stock and the trds so i thought they were smaller than 550 but the tuner though it might be bigger but i think he went by 550 so it could be close.

TRDs are 440 aren't they? That's waaay too small lol. You need 500 atleast. 700 if you plan on using that turbo in it's true efficiency range.

Well do you have a pic of these injectors by chance?

Stock ones are a brighter green

I think TRDs are a darker green

LOL less bends (yes) better welds well (very close) BUT larger Diameter (Not Likely) its smaller diameter and with our restrictive heads it wouldn't hurt us that bad but a Fully built motor/head you will run into small issues caused by gases bouncing off the excess piping instead of free flowing larger diameter pipes. Thats what his lil secret was for faster spool up. Thats not me stating that it's my Fab. guy that makes Turbo/Intake manifolds for street/track VW's. But you will have a good point if you take your manifold off and put on the 2.1 and make more power then you do with your peakboost one! But as of right now You,Java,Brett,Jeff have had good numbers and Ace that has a standalone nice turbo and decent tune isn't making numbers just doesn't look good for either manifold or turbo not being effient. So theres really no argue unless you have hard proof.

just so you all know, peakboost did not make my manifold. Mine was made, shipped, and installed before Todd was working with Peak Boost.

LOL OKKKK just because todd never put it out there doesn't mean peak boost didn't make your manifold. Peak Boost made them and now they don't if you don't believe me Call them and ask them I did. LOL

Yeah, the only thing I wasn't sure of is if his first few were made by them. I know he wasnt' doign them himself, and now he has his old welders, but I thought that BEFORE he was working with peakboost, he was working AT peakboost, and he had some other welders.
I could be wrong, though...it's happened once before...

Oh no problem brett. I'm not trying to be a jerk about any of this just trying to say that the changes in the manifold might not have been for the best.

nnaaaaaaaahhhhhhh. my guess is that its something else. could be too much timming pulled, spark blow out, bad coilpacks, or something else along those lines. i cant see any logical reason why it would be the manifold. ive seen manifolds that looked like they were welded together by michael j fox make more power than that. so i highly doubt its due to manifold design.
