i have 3 permacool fans, but its the combination mishimoto radiator that did huge difference.. the ones from todd are fine though just add a 3rd fan and a thicker radiator w/ low temp thermostat and its gonna be great, you wont get heatsoaked or lose your ac.. just drove the car on 103F weather for like a day and i never overheated like before and thats with a bad exhaust leak blowing exhaust on the rad lol

the steps i took to do mine went like this
1. 400 grit (to even out the surface and flaten some slight bumps and pits)
2. 600 grit
3. 2000 grit
4. turtle wax brand rubbing compound applied 2 times(terry cloth on, micro fiber off)
5. turtle wax polishing compound (micro fiber)
6. clear engine enamel (havnt done it yet but will when i get time and gasket)

oh ps i would suggest on the 2000 grit to wet sand with it and be gentle since its the last major sanding, it will make the polishing go alot smoother.
